We consider corporate social responsibility as a very important and integral part of our
operations. Considering that hospitality/tourism companies are not only responsible for their
products and services, but also for the conditions under which these services are produced, we
have set voluntary minimum standards in a number of suggested areas for integrating CSR.
These are:
• Fundamental rights,
• Continuous staff development and training,
• Safety and Health Standards to all facility users
• Food safety and hygiene
• Good relations with local community
• Equal opportunities and non-discrimination
• Conducive working conditions and work organization
With the above we have been able to integrate with the community around through:
• On the job training for college students in the hospitality industry
• Provision of support to the less privileged
• Participating in environmental conservation
Our CSR initiatives are jointly undertaken by management and employee representatives
