As an institution, CR aims to mould and build holistic well being of it’s Human Resource, ranging from offering individual moral support to help in the growth of CR staff to creating and facilitating opportunities that may help them to excel.2 out of the 5 CR graduands, are already enrolled to persue further education.

The facility has created a setting for them to work part time as they persue their goals.
